ASHP Sterile Compounding Certification

5 years ACUTE care pharmacy including SAP 797, 795, and 800 experiecne

3 years automation experience

3 years controlled substance diversion investigations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $136,000.00 per year
