We are seeking a Manager with experience leading Enterprise Reporting and Self Service in a large enterprise environment. This role is a permanent position offering competitive compensation depending on level of experience. 100% remote candidates will be considered (with ability to travel onsite for 1 week once every other month). Excellent salary, performance bonus, and benefits package offered if selected. If interested in relocating, relocation bonus also offered.

Target Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience within Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience leading and managing BI reporting analysts/developers across multiple reporting areas within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong SQL Server and SQL technical skills and experience.
• Strong Data Visualization and Analytics solution development experience utilizing leading BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Business Objects, Power BI, etc.
• Strong experience developing, mentoring, coaching, supervising BI report writers and developers, managing team capacity and demand against business priorities, and championing Self Service strategies for reporting across an large, complex enterprise.
• Healthcare BI and enterprise reporting experience across multiple areas (Clinicals, Business Operations, Revenue Cycle, etc.) utilizing Epic Cogito BI stack highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
