Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the logistics operations, including supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Duties:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and coordinate all logistics activities, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
- Oversee demand planning and production planning to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to logistics operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align logistics strategies with business objectives

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Proficiency in using logistics software systems and tools (e.g., SQL)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Experience in warehouse management and distribution center operations
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and management
