Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Driver to join our team. As a Local Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations within a designated area. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that our products are delivered safely and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles, such as flatbed trucks, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information

Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with experience in flatbed, heavy equipment operation, or dump truck driving
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with route driving within the local area
- Ability to load and unload freight using appropriate equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
