Job Description:
As the Lead Designer and Estimator at Prairieside Concepts, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' outdoor visions to life. Working closely with our clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and estimating projects that showcase our commitment to excellence in outdoor design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Conceptualize and design outdoor living spaces, including but not limited to patios, decks, landscapes, water features, pools, home additions, and outdoor kitchens.
• Develop detailed project plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software or similar design tools.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, taking into account materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative design techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in landscape design, outdoor construction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $103,194.00 per year
