Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing various electrical projects across commercial, residential, solar, agricultural, and other sectors.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Journeyman certification preferred
• Willingness to consider apprentices or individuals with 2-4 years of high-level experience
• Strong leadership skills to lead crews and projects effectively
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
• Team player capable of following leadership directions
• Punctual and reliable with strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented with professionalism and courtesy
• Basic organizational and computer skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs+
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional weekends and overtime
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude is a non-negotiable requirement

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead electrical projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, solar, and agricultural
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
• Organize daily tasks and manage materials efficiently
• Perform tasks such as running conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and other electrical duties
• Occasionally engage in physical labor such as crawling in attics and digging trenches
