Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Lead Mechanics to join our team and help bring this vision to life. If you have at least three years of experience, proficient mechanical skills, and a strong background in diagnosing, problem-solving, and repairing vehicles, we would love to discuss a career opportunity with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive mechanical repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a wide range of exotic, vintage, and high-end vehicles.

- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and develop effective repair solutions.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

- Manage parts orders and inventory, ensuring availability for repairs and maintenance.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

- Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all repairs.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of experience as a master mechanic.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of high-end vehicles.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
