We are a high-end lawn care and landscape company seeking a lawn and landscape sales representative to join our team. We specialize in complete lawn care, landscape maintenance, and landscaping for residential and commercial properties. This position would sell and manage maintenance, enhancement, and snow removal leads and customers.

This position will include:
-Prompt and proficient communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisor
-Overseeing entire sales process from prospecting, estimating, to following up, to closing and scheduling
-Managing customer accounts and handling customer questions or concerns promptly
-Communicating with operations manager on any customer service to be taken care of
-Handling customer service and support during snow events
-Preparing and analyzing contracts for necessary adjustments at renewal
-Leaving all customers with a fantastic customer experience with our company

Required education, skills, and experience:
-Applicant MUST have knowledge of general landscape design principles, turf diseases, plants, shrubs, maintenance principles, and other relevant landscape industry experience
-Applicant MUST have landscape sales experience and the ability to estimate lawn care and landscape work accurately and efficiently
-Computer proficient and efficient typing skills
-Ability to use office equipment-company phones, printers, scanners
-Ability to prioritize tasks and keep work space organized
-Ability to remember detailed instructions
-Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

-Experience with Aspire software a plus.

This position is a year round full time position with busiest workload from March-August. Base plus commission pay structure will be commensurate with experience. Our team will train and mentor as necessary to ensure you will excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
