Prairie Blue Landscapes, headquartered in Highland Park, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team.

We offer a competitive starting salary of $90,000+ annually depending on experience. We also offer employer sponsored health insurance plans which are available the first day of the month following two months of employment, a 401k plan, paid time off, and profit sharing! Requirements for the Landscape Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team:

  • 3+ years of landscape or construction project management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of landscape construction processes for high end residential projects
  • Experience working multiple high end residential projects simultaneously

Responsibilities of Landscape Project Manager with the Prairie Blue Landscapes Team:

  • Leading and managing the schedule and execution of all construction or design/build projects;
  • Managing subcontractors and seasonal staff to ensure quality work and appropriate timelines;
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Estimator/Project Coordinator as well as a Field Supervisor;
  • Providing proactive consultation and review of proposals to the Designers;
  • Developing systems and processes to improve division and company results;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
