Great opportunity for a recent Landscape & Masonry Design graduate or experienced Landscape Designer/Estimator. We are willing to train if you have the degree but little experience or experience and no degree.

In this position, you will create proposals, estimates & designs, as well as the calculation of labor & materials.

Strong knowledge of plants & hardscape materials as well as overall budgets is a must.

Seeking Mid-Level Estimator with min (3-5) years of experience.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

The functions of this position include, but are limited to, the following:

• Ability to perform takeoffs for landscape, and site development scope.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and other documents.
• Basic plant and hardscape knowledge.
• Manage project order logs & change orders logs.
• Submit accurate estimates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors for material pricing and any subs quotes.
• Review data to determine to material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment a "whatever it takes" mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education Requirements:

2 year / preferred 4 year degree

Pay:

Is dependent on experience and degree.
