Job Summary: The Residential Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a team of landscape workers to ensure the successful completion of residential landscaping projects. This role involves coordinating and executing landscaping tasks, managing resources, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Residential Landscape Foreman works closely with landscape designers, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision:
• Lead a team of landscape workers in the landscape installation.
• Assign tasks to crew members based on their skills and experience.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project goals, safety measures, and workflow.
• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available for the project.
• Execution of Landscaping Tasks:
• Oversee and participate in various landscaping tasks, including planting, hardscaping installs, rock and edging and grade work.
• Ensure that landscaping activities adhere to design specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the project.
• Client Interaction:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication.
• Resource Management:
• Manage and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and repairs.
• Optimize the use of resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Keep detailed records of project activities, including work hours, materials used, and progress.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the landscaping industry.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
