Production Manager Responsibilities include:

• Provide initial and ongoing training for crew members
• Teach crew supervisors how to lead and develop crew members
• Monitor crew efficiency and quality of work
• Communicate daily with crew supervisors on job progress, concerns, and customer feedback
• Create customer job schedules
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve complaints and concerns.
• Measure crew and co-worker production using key company production and financial metrics
• Manage inventory of all plants, products, tools, and equipment used by the enhancement division; maintain plant health. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment, and work with supervisor to determine purchasing needs.

Position requirements include:

• Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3-5 years of lawn or landscape experience
• Valid driver’s license without any major infractions within 3-5 years
• Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of landscape and/or hardscape skills, including but not limited to seeding, sodding, planting, mulching, drainage, and construction of walls, patios, and walkways.
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment, including small construction equipment
• Ability and desire to communicate and interact with customers on a daily basis
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to project a professional image appropriate to the work environment and job responsibilities.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds
• Ability to regularly stand, kneel or stoop for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to speak English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus
