Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Designer and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail and enjoy working with plants and outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then develop detailed landscape designs that meet their requirements.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their outdoor space

-Incorporate hardscape elements such as patios, pergolas, walkways, water features and retaining walls into the design

-Select appropriate plant species for projects based on site conditions and client preferences

-Illustrate design concepts with hand sketches that will be produced by our in-house CAD designer

-Collaborate with in-house team members and contractors to oversee the installation of landscape and hardscape projects

-Manage and schedule labor, equipment and materials to successfully accomplish projects

-Visit job sites regularly to ensure proper installation and quality work product

-Create crew schedules and manage labor hours

-Maintain customer relationships and provide quality service

Requirements:

-5 plus years experience in landscape design and sales

-Strong knowledge of plant materials and their characteristics

-Experience in sales and customer service

-Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

-High School Diploma (Required); College degree preferred

-Irrigation License a plus

-Excellent organization skills

-Clean driving record required

-Background check required

-Random Drug Screens required

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
