Ideal candidates for this opportunity should meet the following requirements:

• three years of AutoCAD experience
• two year degree in Horticulture (minimum), four-year preferred
• five years of Landscape Design experience (minimum)
• experience with a laser level & shooting grades
• valid driver’s license
• excellent organizational and communication skills
• quality driven work ethic
• experience in Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
• Social Media management a plus
• experience with Aspire Landscape software a plus
• fluency in Spanish a plus
• NALP Landscape Industry Certified Technician a plus

This opportunity will allow the candidate to work closely with the company owner to lead our Design / Build work and Marketing / Social Media efforts:

• meet with new leads and determine needs of clients
• perform site surveys and all drafting in AutoCAD
• shoot grades to determine grading issues & determine solutions
• enter all design/ build proposals into Aspire
• coordinate design/ build work tickets for scheduling
• order plants and coordinate with production team as needed
• coordinate subcontractors and schedule appropriately within project
• lead social media posts with direction from owner
• assist in other areas of the company as needed when time allows
