We are a high-end residential landscaping company, looking for an experienced Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer. Strong sales skills are essential. Our Landscape Designer will do initial site visits with clients, then create the designs and estimates.

Job Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and sales mindset
• 5+ years in residential Landscape Design
• Proficient use of a design software (Structure Studios, VectorWorks, Sketchup)
• Impressive design portfolio

Performance Criteria:

• Monthly and quarterly sales figures achieved
• Productivity and organization in the execution of duties
• Quality of designs
• Communication and teamwork skills as exhibited on projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
