3-5 years experience preferred. Must be able work with clients to determine their needs. Must be able to read blueprints as well as create them. Have knowledge of hardscape product and installation techniques. Must have regional plant knowledge. Possess leadership skills for directing multiple 2-3 man crews as well as working with clients to ensure a professional, finished project. Must have knowledge in landscape layout for functionality as well as aesthetics. Must be able to work a flexible schedule during periods of increased customer volume, work independently and productively, manage time properly, keep detailed records, and be professional in appearance. Having a basic understanding of exterior lighting, water features, irrigation and outdoor living spaces is preferred. Competitive wages.
