Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficiency in landscape design software (SCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• At least one year of experience in landscape design or sales
• A solid understanding of design principles, including color theory and space planning
• Ability to produce technical drawings for permits and construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• A detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Experience in or willingness to engage in landscape sales is a plus
• Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to capture their vision and design preferences for their outdoor spaces
• Utilize advanced landscape design software to create detailed and innovative design plans
• Advise clients on material, finish, and fixture selections to bring their designs to life
• Stay ahead of industry trends through market research
• Facilitate a seamless transition from the design phase to project management
• Optionally, meet clients in person for landscape sales presentations
