Job Description : Landscape Designer, Sales, and Project Management

Handle the Design, Sales, and Project Management for the entire project, start to finish.

Initial Client Meetings

Surveys of required properties

Developing all drawings required for projects – plans, sketches, renderings – tailored to the scope of the project

Developing estimates and quotes

Project presentations to clients

Management of landscape construction and planting

Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and developing future work

Must Have Skills / Experience

Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture

3 Years Professional Experience as a Designer / Landscape Architect

Hand Drawing or AutoCAD / Dynascape Experience

Estimating and Project Proposal Experience

Strong Communication Skills

Multi-tasking and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills

3D Modeling and 3D Rendering

Sketchup or Other

Landscape Installation and Management Experience
