Landscape Architect – Entry Level to 5 years experience:

Summary Description:

The selected candidate shall have experience in a professional Landscape Architectural setting, project management, or as Landscape Designer - Irrigation Designer and construction observation. This position will entail design and management of clients projects as well as mentoring and training young professionals. They will assist with quality control of plan sets prior to being submitted for governmental review.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent design skills
• Outstanding computer graphics as well as hand graphics
• Knowledge of common construction methodologies and techniques
• Experience with all phases of Landscape Architecture (Concept, Design Development, Construction Documents, Project Close out)
• Proficient in preparing CD’s (Landscape, Hardscape, Irrigation, Water Features)
• Ability to provide Budgets, Preparation of Bid Documents and Specifications
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Suite (Photo Shop, Illustrator,
• InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have a Degree in Landscape Architecture from an Accredited
• University
• Must have a desire to or be in the process of testing for a Professional Landscape Architect license
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Positive Attitude and strong work ethic
• Exceptional organization and self-initiative to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
• Knowledge of Swimming Pool Design, Hydraulics, Structural Elements is a plus
