Job Overview:

Location: Columbus, Ohio

About us: We are Landscape Management Group, a full-service landscape design/build firm servicing central Ohio.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience - To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess one of the following:

. Completion of an Associate's or equivalent 2-year in Landscape Design and 1-2 years'

**OR**

Completion of a 4 year degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture and 0-1 years experience, including spring 2024 graduates. Preference will be given to gratuates from an LAAB-accredited program.

Required skills

- Experience with at least one 3D design software such as AutoDesk/AutoCAD, Rhino7, SketchUp, Etc.

-Knowledge of plant palettes compatible with different environments ( i.e., shade, Ohio native-only, high moisture, low maintenance, etc.

-Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and fellow designers.

- Strong time management skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines with shifting priority levels.

Preferred Skills - Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

- Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator )

- Rhino 7 + Grasshopper

- Previous experience with residential and/ or commerical estimation of landscape projects

- Previous experience with landscapeing and/or hardscaping installation, and knowledge of hardscaping construction details and standards.

- Photography and site surveying

Responsibilities - After training period, this position will be expected to regularly preform the following tasks, with the possibility of additional responsibilities on an as-needed basis:

- Independently produce 3D residential landcape designs and associated cost estimates according to site conditions, customer specifications, and budget.

- Lead virtual design meetings with customers and maintain communication regarding project details.

- Assist as needed with permitting, HOAs, material acquistion, and site surveying.

Benefits:

- This position will operate on a hybrid in-office/WFH schedule, and will be located in Circleville, Ohio

- Target hiring pay 52K/yr

- Insurance- LMG will pay 50% of the employee's health insurance, The remainder 50% will be payroll deducted. Eligibilty after 90 days with LMG.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
