We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to assume the pivotal role of Warehouse Manager, overseeing the critical responsibilities outlined below. • Salary: $42,000 - $46,000 per year
• Full-time: Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM
• Friday half-day (if everything is ahead or on schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Inventory Management:
• Communicate effectively with the Shipping/Inventory Supervisor.
• Ensure timely shipments and balanced inventory.
• Manage returns, ensuring quality items are put back into inventory.
• Maintain production lists to meet marketing standards.
• Check orders for shipping and raw materials before placement.
• Forecast warehouse staffing needs for large shipment days.

Production Coordination:

• Communicate with the Production Supervisor regularly.
• Keep production lists filled to stay ahead of schedules.
• Schedule employees for timely project completion.
• Increase production quantities for high-demand items.
• Assist in managing production in the supervisor's absence.
• Gain proficiency in jewelry production processes.
• Order low-quantity raw materials to prevent shortages.

Customer Service and Office Management:

• Manage customer service employees to ensure prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.
• Process returns on the same day of receipt.
• Ensure replacements are dispatched promptly for any breakages.
• Contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.

Employee Management:

• Schedule employees to ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor hourly employees' clock-in/out accuracy.
• Onboard new employees through the established process.
• Handle employee tax forms.
• Manage PTO requests and schedule around absent staff.
• Conduct group interviews for new production employees.
• Finalize employee hours before payroll.

Ordering and Sourcing Materials:

• Order and maintain a 4-month supply of subscription materials.
• Forecast order quantities based on subscription numbers.
• Establish relationships with suppliers for effective communication.
• Account for received materials in correct quantities.
• Coordinate with the production supervisor to order low raw materials.
• Maintain COGS spreadsheet for all products.

Wholesale Management:

• Respond to wholesale inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with wholesale sign-ups through phone and email.
• Recommend trending items to wholesalers via phone.
• Understand and execute wholesale promos from the marketing team.
• Assist wholesalers with custom orders.
• Introduce wholesalers to Twisted Silver with a piece of jewelry and a note.
• Follow up with leads.

Cleaning Schedule and Warehouse Organization:

• Schedule and execute monthly deep cleaning.
• Assign weekly cleaning duties on a rotating basis.
• Coordinate project clean-ups.
• Assign cleaning roles to maintain fairness.

Office Management:

• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Pay all invoices or submit them to accounting for payment.
• Ensure tax forms for wholesale are up to date.
• Communicate effectively with owners on any added tasks in the warehouse.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
