The Niles Agency, one of the premier Insurance Agencies in Northern Westchester,* is looking for a client-focused Personal Lines CSR to join our team in the Katonah, New York office. The office is 200 feet from the Katonah train station so you do not need to commute with a car.* The primary purpose of this position is to manage and help grow our existing book of business.

If you do not have CSR experience or a Property/Casualty license, DO NOT APPLY.

Day-to-day responsibilities include customer support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing professional insurance counseling and service to clients and prospects, assisting clients with policy changes and educating them on coverage options, quoting new business and assisting producers with the solicitation of new business.

This is a full time position. We have a beautiful office in lovely downtown Katonah. This is a great working environment and whoever fills the position will love their job and never want to leave!

Qualifications and Experience Required

· Property/Casualty Agent's License
· Experience quoting Personal Insurance
· Ability to work independently without close supervision
· Must possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task, respond quickly and remain calm under pressure
· Must be a self-starter

Salary open based on length of experience.

Pay: $66,519.38 - $80,281.33 per year
