About us:

At MSF Performance we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We believe our assessment and the action we take following the assessment is what separates us from the rest. We believe our ability to progress and adjust to the individual needs of each client is paramount to their overall development. There is no guessing in our operation; in short, our practice is always backed by science.

All of our independent coaches have a degree in an exercise science related field, and are required to be Certified in DBC Human Mechanics & Biomechanics (Chicago's First). Our Coaches have access to 5,500 sqft. state of art training facility, and about 700 sqft of it our team has access to a recovery room.

Candidates we are looking for:

We are first looking for those experience (3+ years) trainer that have an exciting clientele base. Transitioning from a company that employs personal trainer to a business like our selfs that welcome contractor on our TEAM can offer several benefits, depending on individual circumstances and preferences.   • Higher Earning Potential: Contractors often have the potential to earn much more than employed trainers, because here at MSF Performance we don't take a huge percentage of your hard earn work, or we don't charge you a ridiculous fee for every client you train. Your rate is between you and your client, and you directly collect the money from your client.

We charge a fixed monthly due, this gives the trainer the opportunity to make as much money based on their hard work, and we'll assist/refer clients to you to help you maximize your clientele base. For those that will join our team their will be a transition that will be negotiated, so the contractor is not placed with pressure to cover their dues on day one! We want to make the transition as easy and least stressful as possible

  • Increased Flexibility: As a contractor, you have more control over your schedule. This flexibility allows you to set your own hours. You don't have to ask for permission to vacation, you are your own boss!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' individual needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide dietary recommendations when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in the field of fitness training

Qualifications:

-DBC lvl 1 Biomechanics & Human movement (we'll pay for travel expenses)
- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
- Proven experience in program design and implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in sports coaching or group fitness instruction is desirable
- Degree in physical education or related field is preferred
