Keeping true to Korman's roots, our new flagship location will open in the fall of 2024 at 29th & Lamar, embodying a timeless and contemporary design in collaboration with Michael Hsu Office of Architecture. We will house the finest jewels from designers and diamond cutters from all over the world, in addition to our partnerships with the top Swiss timepiece manufacturers and a worldclass Rolex service center. Job Brief

Human Resources and Operations Manager’s key responsibility includes maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and best practices as well as reviewing company wide processes and procedures, managing special projects, and keeping up with building maintenence and repairs.

The candidate needs to set objectives for in maintaining internal HR and a knack for organization.

Duties Include:

  • Implement new company policies and procedures
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Come alongside managers to complete and utilize performance review tools
  • Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and organizing training programs
  • Assess and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
  • Take initiative for any special projects with regards to technology, building needs, organization and clienteling.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR or Operations Manager
  • Organization Skills
  • Task Driven and good problem solver
  • Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Team management skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR or operations experience, with significant responsibilities in areas such as employee relations, performance management, or building management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
