As an HR Generalist with eFUEL, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Human Resources team.

Job Description:

As an HR Generalist at eFUEL, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions. This position requires a well-rounded professional with expertise in HR practices with a commitment to maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with Recruitment and Staffing

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)
• Experience with recruiting is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
