REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBLITIES

• Ensure center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Prior Experience in staffing and payroll a must.
• Prior Experience as an HR Director within a healthcare facility a must.
• Strong people skills and employee relations skills.
