About the job:

Objective: Work as part of the Corporate Human Resources Department engaging with employees on a wide range of items.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Manage employee documents on new hire and through their employment cycle. Clearances certifications, act 168 Requests.
• Work with ADP or other HRIS to handle reporting and employee status changes.
• Help with leave processing and communications.
• Work with providing support for training and recruiting. Including working with a Learning Management System.
• Review, enforce and work with team on policy development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Detailed experience in ADP or other Human Resource Info Systems
• Leadership skills, with ability to work with people across departments and with others outside the organization.
• Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS).
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
• Good organizational skills, analytical, self-starter with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
