Employment Information

We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Human Resources Associate to assist with activities for various human resources functions in our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will partner with the VP of Human Resources and senior management to maintain an employee-centric work culture. Day-to-day duties will include obtaining and recording HR information, managing the HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollment procedures and HR-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of employment law, and demonstrate that they are well organized, efficient, and approachable.

HR Associate Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of HR to maintain an employee-centric work culture.
  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
  • Plans and implements employee events.
  • Maintaining employee confidentiality.
  • Issuing employment offer letters.
  • Conducting employee orientations.
  • Compiles and verifies timecard data.
  • Managing HR records.
  • Other administrative and human resources functions as assigned.

HR Associate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field and 2 years of experience working in Human Resources.
  • Associate degree in business and 3-5 years of HR experience in an employee-centric company may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience preferred.
  • Experience with Bamboo HR or other HRIS
