Small business with approximately 25 full time employees and revenues around 2.5k, is seeking a general manager with broad skills, to include experience in Human Resources (hiring, training, coaching), scheduling, systems oversight, and inventory control.
We are a busy veterinary hospital in eastern Loudoun County Virginia, with a solo owner who desires to double the practice revenue in the next 5 years and so is seeking an excellent communicator, progressive, engaging individual to manage our growth along with the Veterinary Medical Doctor owner.
Interested candidates should have at least 5 years experience in management, a BA in the field of business, MBA, PHR and/or preferably SHRM-CP to be considered. Knowledge of the veterinary industry and title of CVPM a plus.
This is a FT salary position with a range of pay 55 - 75k, based on experience, medical and retirement benefits available; bonus structure for practice growth.
