Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR information systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and provide support to end-users. This is a full-time position based in our company headquarters.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HR information systems, including system configuration, data entry, and data validation
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements and implement system enhancements not limited to maintaining the employee training library
- Assist the HR Director or HR Vice President develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Generate reports and analyze data to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes to provide to HR leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology

- Other duties maybe assigned such as attending recruiting fairs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems architecture
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration and system design principles
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with IT concepts such as Ruby on Rails, Linux, Saponify, Simulink, is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
