Job Description:

The HR Manager is responsible for handling all personnel matters, ensuring company protocol and standards are adhered to, overseeing payroll and budgeting, and developing a company culture that supports teamwork and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personnel recruitment, onboarding, and mediation or disciplinary action when needed
• Conduct applicant background checks, verifications, and reference checks
• Handle all company licensing and regulatory programs
• Oversee employee programs
• Build SOPs
• Oversee OSHA certifications, safety programs, PPE, worker’s compensation, etc.
• Oversee payroll and budgeting
• Recommend and implement new procedures and policies, including creating and maintaining policy handbook(s)
• Ensure consistency and equity of job evaluations, profiles, and salary/wage administration
• Create and implement recruitment strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or SHRM certification
• 5+ years of work experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar field
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Bilingual required
