Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, data analysis, budgeting, and process improvement.

Duties:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives .

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management strategies

- Administer payroll processes using systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Paylocity

- Monitor employee attendance and leave requests

- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Stay up to date with changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations

- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions

- Experience with HRIS systems for managing employee records and payroll processes

- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications effectively

- Budgeting skills to manage HR department expenses

- Proven track record of process improvement initiatives

-HR Certification preferred

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
