Your Impact
As our HR Partner, your primary focus will be on enhancing employee relations within the organization. You'll lead the charge in implementing and refining various HR programs at the distribution center level. From recruitment and staffing to performance management, safety initiatives, and especially employee relations, you'll be instrumental in creating a workplace that prioritizes the holistic satisfaction and engagement of our workforce.

Here's What You'll Do

• Champion of Employee Relations: Uphold company policies with finesse while providing invaluable guidance to employees at all levels. Your expertise in navigating employee relations matters will be critical in maintaining a harmonious, compliant, and supportive work environment.
• Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition Guru: From overseeing performance reviews to managing benefits enrollment, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees feel valued, recognized, and appreciated every step of the way.
