Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Nurse to join our team. The Hospice Nurse will provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in hospice settings.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Ensure comfort and dignity for patients in their final days
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Experience in hospice or palliative care REQUIRED
_ Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience REQUIRED

Pay: $35.44 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
