EXPECTED FIRST YEAR EARNINGS: $50K-75K ($50K base salary + commission and bonus plan)

HIGHLIGHTS: The Head Coach position is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place®”. The objective of this role is to build the clubs personal and group training programs through member/prospect acquisition and developing a fulfillment team of qualified trainers. HEAD COACH CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New client acquisition through direct 1-1 sales presentations, outbound marketing and community outreach
• Oversight of the entire club personal training program including management of client needs and program development
• Management, training and ongoing motivation of club personnel while tracking towards overall Club goals
• Selling Personal Training Packages

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Direct experience with fitness sales and service and a proven track record of leadership
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business
• Desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environment
• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certificate (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCCPT, NSCA, ACSM, CSCS, etc.)

GENEROUS COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

$50K plus generous compensation plan ($50k-75k expected first year compensation, $75K+ expected second year.)

PREMIUM BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• 3 weeks of PTO per year (120 hours) that expires at the end of each calendar year. January is excluded from PTO.
• Monthly health insurance partial reimbursement
• Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Years Day paid holidays (If they fall on a scheduled work day-excludes weekends)
• $300 per year for continuing education for outside certifications on your own
