Gas & Diesel Truck Mechanic

Allied Aviation Services, Inc. is the largest American domestically owned provider of fueling services to the commercial aviation industry.

We currently seek Qualified Gas & Diesel Truck Mechanic’s to work on our fleet of Trucks servicing our plans at the DFW International Airport.

The duties of an Automotive and Diesel Mechanic will consist of repairing all and any refueling equipment to include small pickup trucks up to the big heavy-duty diesels. The basic job requires you to do daily and monthly preventive maintenance on all refueling trucks to support the refueling operation.

Gas & Diesel Truck Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Must be available to work shift work/weekends/holidays and on call duty as required

• Experienced in PM, Brakes, A/C, electrical, and Electronics
• Prefer ability to operate shop computers and diagnostic test equipment proficiently
• Demonstrated ability to take on all tasks put in front of you

Gas & Diesel Truck Mechanic Qualifications:

• Texas driver license and be 18 years or older
• Must pass a certified background check (up to 10 years)
• 1 year Gas & Diesel Experience Required or Recent Grad
• Must be able to read, write and speak and understand English
• Have the ability to do basic math: (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)

Gas & Diesel Truck Mechanic Benefits:

• Full time 40 hour work week & overtime
• $22.00 per hour Starting
• $.25 Per Hour Shift Differential For Afternoon and Midnight Shifts
• Overtime after 8 hours (not after 40 hours) overtime is paid at: first 4 hours at 1 1/2x rate, next 4 hours at 2x rate
