Fit Body Boot Camp is a national franchise. At Fit Body Boot Camp, we specialize in 30-minute weight loss boot camps that challenge the body and deliver results in a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Our sessions combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and active rest. We guarantee our clients results by adding nutritional guidance and personal accountability.

We are Currently Hiring

  • Group Fitness Coach/Group Personal Trainer (Part-time)

The ideal candidate will bring excitement and energy to each session. You must be coachable, willing to connect with our members, and not afraid to make in corrections to form or motivate in a positive manner. There should be a willingness to foster a thriving membership culture that keeps our members coming back every day to get the best results possible! You must be dependable.

Qualifications/Requirements:

● Certified, in the process of getting certified, or have an exercise science degree

● High school or equivalent

● Passion for health and wellness

● Experience and knowledge in personal training and designing customized workout programs

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients

● Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals based on their fitness levels (beginner to elite)

Responsibilities:

● Available to coach morning classes, noon, and/ or evening classes

● Conduct group training sessions with clients, focusing on their specific fitness goals and needs - know client injuries, abilities, etc.

● Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention

● Provide guidance and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey

● Engage and establish relationships with potential members and ultimately convert potential members into members

● Set up equipment layout for classes as needed and maintain a clean, organized, energetic, and fun gym

● Promote an energetic environment, welcome members by name

● Ensure that all members are getting attention during class

Attend weekly leadership /staff meeting (in person or online)

Coaching Schedule

Times approximate:

Morning Block - 5:00 AM - 7:30 AM

Noon Block - 11:45 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening Block - 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Weekend Block - 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
