Growing Graphics company is seeking a Production Manager.

The graphic company production manager is responsible for overseeing the design and production processes of the company. They will work closely with the creative team and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the production schedule and ensuring that deadlines are met

- Coordinating with the creative team to ensure that design concepts are executed accurately

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Developing project budgets and tracking expenses throughout the production process

- Hiring and supervising production staff, including graphic designers, production artists, and installers

- Overseeing quality control to ensure that all deliverables meet company standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design production

- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment

- Troubleshooting any production issues that may arise and finding solutions to resolve them quickly

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design and production, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a creative eye for design. Additionally, experience with project management software and production tools is a plus as well as experience with large-format digital printing and digital file management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
