We are currently seeking experienced General Managers in the greater Supply, NC area.

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the restaurant; with the goals of great customer service, and satisfaction and restaurant hospitality by ensuring that all employees are following all policies and procedures adopted by the company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading & motivating a team to carry out daily tasks to effectively run a business.
• Controlling day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies.
• Ensuring that health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed.
• Maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with all Human Resources practices and applicable labor laws.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducting performance appraisals, motivating, and training entire team.
• Building sales to meet and exceed store plan.
• Ensuring company standards on equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program.

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results.
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment.
• Commitment to quality food and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction.
• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, labor costs, and overall control of financials.
• Drive and determination.
• Desire for personal and professional growth.
