The Utility job is in charge of keeping the workplace clean, organized, disinfected, and have the following responsibilities:

• Clean the interior of the facility building including floors, carpet, rugs, restrooms, windows, and walls
• Dusting areas and Disinfecting commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones
• Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and placing orders for new products when needed
• Maintaining outdoor grounds, cut grass, edge, and trim bushes
• Removing debris and snow from sidewalks
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Preparation to include scrubbing, scraping, cleaning, washing, wire brushing, sweeping, and painting
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Other duties as directed by Supervisor
