Role Description

In this role, you’ll directly impact defense missions by maintaining and evolving a mission-critical data and information system. You'll collaborate with developers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to prototype and deploy new capabilities to support warfighter end users. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning and delivery while successfully delivering project solutions that will directly impact national security.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with gathering, decomposing, and documenting functional requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in working with issue tracking and requirements management systems, including JIRA
  • Experience with providing support to Agile delivery, including help with backlog maintenance, sprint planning, and release planning
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to work on a multi discipline team, including engineers, security specialists, and project managers
  • Ability to facilitate formal and informal discussions with clients and users to capture

  • Ability to create mock ups, wire frames, and activity diagrams
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.

  • Knowledge of CMMI or maturity models

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary based on relevant experience and education.
  • Average starting range: $90,000-$175,000.
  • 20% 401k Employer contribution - no matching required--100% vested day 1.

Total compensation: $121,500-$236,250
