Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time 3PL Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating logistics, and supervising a team of warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Excel, have experience managing others, and be able to thrive in a collaborative environment. The ability to operate a forklift and lift heavy boxes is essential. The position is based in West Valley, Utah, and requires the candidate to be available at the warehouse from Monday through Friday, with typical working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Oversee inventory control, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing products.

- Develop and implement effective warehouse procedures and policies to optimize operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using Excel and other warehouse management software.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to fulfill orders and resolve any issues or inquiries.

- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing best practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is required.

- Small parcel, LTL, TL management experience

- Amazon FBA/FBM and E-commerce knowledge

- Supervisory and people management experience, including strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

- Growth mentality for a growing business

- Production, kitting, and assembly management experience preferred

- Proficiency in relevant warehouse management softwares, Excel, etc.

- Ability to lift heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with prior experience in personnel management.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
