What you will be doing

Transfinder, a leading software provider for Transportation Management Systems, seeks experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Full Stack Software Developers. We're dedicated to maintaining our rapid growth, and we're looking for talented developers who can collaborate effectively with fellow developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and QA professionals. In this role, you'll not only support existing products but also contribute to their enhancements, helping us provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Our projects are diverse, ranging from applications featuring turn-by-turn navigation to real-time GPS tracking with estimated time of arrival. Each application comes with its own unique platform, including mobile apps and browser-based responsive web apps.

· Solve Client Problems: Contribute to the development of new software, features, updates/enhancements, and bug fixes to address our clients' needs.

· Encourage Collaboration: Cultivate an environment that fosters collaboration, optimism, and dedication among team members.

· Enhance Designs: Interpret design specifications, offering insights for improvements to ensure optimal development outcomes.

· Provide Updates: Offer estimates and regular updates as required, ensuring transparent communication within the team.

· Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring they perform seamlessly.

· Document and Assist: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation while assisting team members when needed.

· Share Your Work: Present your work within group settings, fostering knowledge sharing and constructive feedback.

Must have experience

· Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 3 years plus of development experience working with the Microsoft stack, Angular, C#, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Web, and Mobile Development Tools

· Strong collaborative and communication skills

Nice to have experience

· 5+ years’ experience in a full-stack role using C#, JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server

· Experience working in an Agile-based SDLC

· Keep current on new industry trends and best practices

· Familiarity with ESRI or other GIS products is desired but not required

Salary $75,000 to $175,000

Salary is established based on various factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job related knowledge, education and training, skills, and geographic location.

These factors are taken into consideration during the employment offer process.
