About the Role:

Job Title: UI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of user interface components using modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, React, or Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
• Take ownership of feature implementation from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the frontend codebase, implementing optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bugs reported by stakeholders or identified during testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development, and contribute to the evolution of the team's technical stack.

Location:Richmond, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $109,480 – $128,040 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
