Where do you fit in?

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for compiling data into meaningful Key Performance Indicators that can be used to drive operational and financial decision making within the organization. This role will be responsible for identifying trends and looking for opportunities to improve performance by using financial data as a tool. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the annual budget process and tracking performance against the plan.

Job Duties

  • Develops and maintains Operational Key Performance Indicators to drive visibility to performance and to support decision making by key stakeholders.
  • Measure the productivity and efficiency of field teams by interpreting data from multiple sources to ensure maintenance visits are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Using transaction details from the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to investigate drivers of overspend.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their budget and their performance against it.
  • Support the annual budget process by providing financial expertise to department managers while building out their plan.
  • Identify trends to help drive improvement within the organization through analysis of data.
  • Support Ad Hoc requests as required.
  • Additional duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualification Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the private equity and investments market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to analyze data and package information that is presentable to stakeholders.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of financial principles.
  • Aptitude for understanding data and an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience using an ERP system preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
