FP&A Analyst with a privately-held industry leader.

Summary

The FP&A Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A and will play a key role across the organization providing broad decision-support and financial analysis at the corporate level.

Responsibilities

• Support routine forecasting, reporting analysis and annual budgeting, with scope including Executive Leadership Team KPI, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Provide meaningful, accurate, insightful, and timely management reporting in an understandable format, while using insights to drive improvements in financial performance.
• Assist in driving enhancements in financial reporting, analysis, procedures, and documentation, as well as systems transitions/requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in financial matters for business partners and help make sound financial decisions.
• Lead projects commensurate with expertise and experience.
• Identify and support process improvements, creative solutions, and innovations within the Finance team.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or another similar related discipline. (MBA and/or CPA is preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis position, with food manufacturing being desirable.
• Experience using Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP ERP a plus.
• Capable of effectively communicating complex financial information to non-financial business partners in an easy-to-understand format.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments across the organization to facilitate results-oriented financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
