Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the field, with a passion for delivering high-quality electrical work and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of residential electricians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Oversee and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential properties.
• Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule daily tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and providing necessary training to team members.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine materials, equipment, and tools needed for each project.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring availability for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing updates on project progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of electricians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Thorough understanding of residential electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with project management software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
