Journeyman Technicians perform numerous Maintenance & Diagnosis/Repair tasks throughout the day and have great earning opportunities with incentive pay for high production performance. Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.
• Perform and document vehicle diagnostics using the latest industry technologies.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Stay up-to-date with all Ford STARS training necessary
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Automotive Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a technician in a professional repair shop.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record.
• Own your own tools and tool box
• Current Ford “Stars” technical training certifications or ASE equivalents preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
