Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design and creating beautiful arrangements. This role offers the opportunity to showcase creativity and bring joy to our customers through stunning floral displays.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special events
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
- Maintain inventory stock and order fresh flowers and supplies as needed
- Keep the store and work area clean and organized
- Assist with landscape maintenance of indoor plants and garden displays

Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficiency in using cash registers for processing sales
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products effectively
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
