Pay Rate: $14.86 per hour| This is a part-time position | Saturdays 8am-2pm some evenings throughout the week as needed.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support to members in fulfilling their fitness goals. Ensure compliance with procedures and safe functioning of the Wellness Center. You will report to CWC Management.

Primary Tasks:

• You will greet members, provide guidance, and, answer questions.
• Set up new members by entering data in the system, obtaining the required consent forms, activating access-card.
• Assist members with proper operation of exercise equipment.
• Perform and score risk-factor inventories as a means of evaluating health risks associated with exercise.
• You will perform fitness evaluations to develop personalized exercise programs based on members goals, health status, fitness level and age.
• Perform general janitorial responsibilities including sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning equipment, lubricating equipment, cleaning bathroom fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors and cleaning countertops and tables.
• Provide clean towel service by washing, drying, and folding towels for guest use.
• You will perform routine scheduled maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned within scope and competency of the associate.

Required Education and experience:

• CPR/AED within 90 days of hire
• You will work with wellness members and staff
• Less that one year Experience required
